Approximative living space 1400 square feet.

Rental conditions:

-No Pets allowed
-No short term rental or exchange (Airbnb and any
short-term platform).
-No sub-leasing without the Lessor approval.
-No smoking of any kind :cannabis, illegal substances and
any other kind (including vaping) in property and common
spaces spaces (balconies, verandas, stairs of the building.
-Cultivation of cannabis and illegal plants prohibited.
-the signing of the lease is conditional upon a credit
report, a letter of income provided by the tenant to the
satisfaction of the landlord and all fees related to be
paid by the tenant.
-Payment of first month rental with INTERAC is payable at
lease signature.
-Tenant must provide proof of liability insurance liability
insurance (2M) prior to taking possession and throughout
the term of the lease.
-Tenant agrees to abide by building rules and regulations
-No modification to the unit without a written consent by
the Lessor.
-Number of tenant(s) on the lease will not be changed
after lease signature.
-On notice of tenant to not renew the lease, tenant will
allow landlord to have visits of the rental property one
day during weekdays and one day during weekends.
